30-Day Returns

If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we'll make it right. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition (tags attached, no damage, no odors)
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return

How to Return

  1. Email us at team@threadly-2z4.madethis.app with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).
